The newspaper had included some accurate details of the findings; however this was not sufficient to correct the distorted impression given by the article as a whole.

The complaint was upheld under Clause 1 Accuracy. Given the nature of the breach identified in this instance, the Committee required publication of an adjudication. The article was published on page 20; the adjudication should be published on that page, or further forward.
